2023年高考在即，每每这个时候，都有许多老师对英语作文进行预测或打靶。其实，我的理解，要真正预测中高考作文的几率微乎其微。即便押中，意义也不太大，特别是对优生，先入为主或许还会限制他们的发挥，且影响他们的心态。但对于中等学生，如果能提前对话题和语言比较熟悉，则从某种程度上有利于发挥。

然而，高考前浏览一些重点话题和文体的作文，还是有好处的。一方面能激活学生平时的作文思维，另一方面也对写作词汇或句式的快速复习有一定帮助。尽管不能从实质上提升学生的写作能力，但可以或多或少增强他们的考前信心。
我几乎每年都会在高考前，为师生们做点什么，似乎已经成为一种习惯。今年做点什么呢？思来想去，我做了这样一件微不足道的小事。
事情虽小，但实施起来还是有些费时，感觉一项“巨大的工程”：我下载了全国最近一年部分地区的联考诊断试题，或名校试题，大约600多套。今天上午从中精选了近70篇英语作文，并进行了简单编辑，分享给各位同仁和同学，如果对大家有一点点帮助，便深感欣慰。由于时间紧张，格式甚至内容错误难免，敬请谅解！由于内容较多，不便一次分享，因此进行分期分享，每期10篇。老师学生可直接在公众号浏览即可。不是预测， 而是热身！
如果说今年高考英语作文重点话题，像“环保，身心健康、传统文化、体育活动、人际关系、劳动”等依然可以重点关注。在文体上，感谢信、介绍、通知、感谢信、推荐信、邀请信等可以重点关注，当然图表、图画作文也不容忽视。

Many hands make light work
Last weekend we went to a community near our school to do some volunteer work. When we got there in the morning, we were warmly welcomed by everybody. Soon we got down to work. Some of us went to the local nursing home to help the elderly with chores. They were glad to see so many young faces around them. The others joined the locals to clean up the neighborhood. We helped sweep the streets and collect rubbish. Soon the whole area took on a new look.
The activity did not last long, but we learned a lot. By joining our hands we can accomplish big things and make the world a better place.
